Childbirth Prep (series of 4 classes) 6:30pm – 8:30pm FREE
This four week series will teach mom and her coach about what to expect during the birth of the baby. Common coping techniques, medications, epidurals and interventions will be discussed.

OB Orientation and Tour 10am – 12pm FREE
This class will give the expectant mother and her coach an opportunity to learn about registration, what to bring to the hospital and hospital routines. It will give the family an opportunity to ask questions and tour the OB Department.

Baby Basics 6:30pm – 8:30pm FREE
Learn the basics of newborn care, including SIDS awareness and basic safety as well as physical care such as diapering and feeding a baby.
